These terms apply when you browse Stemlight or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. We have kept them short and plain.

Every Ripple Lamp is 3D printed and finished by hand, made to order. Because each piece is made individually, small variations in surface texture, color, and the seam along one side are normal and part of the character of a handmade item, not defects.
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. We do our best to keep product details accurate, but if an error affects your order we will contact you before charging or shipping.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is unavailable). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We do not store your card details.
Because lamps are made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes the package. We currently ship within the United States only.
If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your lamp arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return. Each lamp is covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.
The Stemlight name, logo, product designs, photographs, and website content are our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Please use our site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or infringe our rights or those of others.
Our products and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stemlight is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
